Where are the classes held?
Our classes and workshops are held at Lili Centre, Alpenquai 40A, 6005 Luzern
What age groups do you offer classes for?
We offer creative activities for different age groups. Please check the individual class description for the recommended age range.
Can I book individual classes for my child?
No. Our children’s courses are designed as a journey, with each lesson building on the one before it. We plan the sessions as a series so that children can develop their skills, confidence and creativity over time, while becoming familiar with the materials, techniques and ways of working. The continuity of the course also gives children the opportunity to get to know the other participants, build relationships and become comfortable working together as a group.
Does my child need to have any previous art experience?
Not at all! Our classes are designed to encourage creativity and experimentation. Children of all experience levels are welcome.
What is included in the class fee?
All required art and craft materials are included unless otherwise stated in the class description.
What should my child wear?
We recommend comfortable clothes that can get messy. Although we take care during activities, paint, glue and other art materials can occasionally stain clothing.
Can parents stay during children's classes?
Our children’s classes are designed to be enjoyed independently, so children are expected to attend the lessons without their parents or carers.
We understand that settling into a new class can take a little time, especially for younger children. Parents are welcome to stay for the first few minutes if their child needs some extra support settling in. Once they are comfortable, we ask parents to leave the studio so that the children can enjoy the class independently and we can create a relaxed, focused environment for everyone.
If your child is particularly nervous or needs additional support, please get in touch with us before the class so we can discuss how best to help them settle in.
What happens if my child is sick and cannot attend?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend. Our cancellation and missed-class policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Our cancellation and refund policy depends on how far in advance you cancel. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Are the classes suitable for children with additional needs?
We aim to make our classes welcoming and inclusive. If your child has specific learning, behavioural or other support needs, please contact us before booking so we can discuss if/how we can best accommodate them.
What if my child has an allergy?
Please let us know about any allergies or medical conditions when booking.
How many children are in each class?
We keep class sizes limited so that each child can receive guidance and attention. The maximum number of participants may vary by class and age range of participants.
