Booking will reserve your place on the course, after which you will receive payment instructions. Cancellation by the customer from the date of reservation (not payment) For cancellations made 90 days or more before the start of a course or event, we will provide full refund. For cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of a course or event, we will provide 50% refund. For cancellations under 30 days no refund is possible, the course must be paid in full. If you are unable to attend a class, we are not normally able to provide a refund or replacement session. Where appropriate, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to our approval. Cancellation or changes by Studio Lucerne We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change a class, workshop or event where this is reasonably necessary, including because of insufficient enrolment, staff availability, illness, venue issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel an event, customers will be offered another appropriate option.
